The primary responsibility of the Event Staff is to provide general service, set up and tear down tables and chairs, and support events hosted at owned and managed venues. Event Staff will interact directly with clients and vendors. This position will need to be able to solve on-the-job issues by utilizing effective critical thinking and decision-making skills.
The primary responsibility of the Event Lead is to provide leadership and support to the event staff team as they execute incredible events. Leads manage team members during a scheduled event/shift as well as server as the primary contact for the client and their needs. Generally, this includes service, set up and tear down of tables and chairs, and support for events hosted at owned and managed venues. Event Leads will interact directly with clients and vendors. This position will need to be able to solve on-the-job issues by utilizing effective critical thinking and decision-making skills.
